2 Ginger

4 Steam

As steam can loosen the mucus, it can help you soothe both a dry cough and a productive cough. Simply boil some water and then put it in a bowl. Try to breathe in the steam after draping a towel over your head and around the neck. It will improve the potency of steam to help you cure fast.

5 Black Pepper and Raw Honey

Take almost 8 ounces of hot water and then add one tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of black pepper in it. Blend the mixer well and drink it for 2 times a day. It is one of the best home remedies for dry cough and can also soothe the sore throat.

6 Turmeric

Turmeric is a great natural herb that contains antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties that are not only great to ease dry cough but also keeps you away from many other medical concerns. Take equal amount of grounded turmeric and carom seeds and mix them in four cups of water.
