Heartburn is a problem which we can feel in a chest just because of the huge quantity of acid in our stomach. This sensation is usually in the center of the chest behind the chest bone. Natural Heartburn Remedies

Try to wear loose clothes:

Try to use loose and comfortable clothes for wearing because it is good for you when you are suffering from the heartburn. Heartburn occurs when the acid of the stomach rise up. So the tight clothes compress your stomach which will lead you to this heartburn issue. Try to wear the loose belt, loose pants, or your dress also. Make sure to lose everything which makes you feel tight.

Mix baking soda with water:

Take one glass of water and add one spoon of baking soda in it. Then mix it very well. Baking soda will help you to remove those acids which are the cause of heartburn. The mixture of baking soda and water will help you to get relief from this issue. Drink it slowly in fact drink or eat slowly when you are suffering from the heartburn.

Try ginger:

Ginger is the best herbal for the heart problems. Take a pan to add some water to it. After that when the water starts boiling then add some ginger in it for making ginger tea. Drink this ginger tea once in a day. You will definitely get relief from this issue. You can also add some honey to this tea. It will good for taste and health also.

Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is also a home remedy which will help you to get comfort from this problem. Take a glass of water and add one spoon of apple cider vinegar in it. Drink this after every meal it will help you to get rid of this heartburn. Try it after every meal for best results.

Chew gum:

It is good for the heartburn if you eat chewing gum for 30 minutes after every meal. It will make your stomach system good or acid-free. So you can use it twice in a week for this unwanted heartburn.
